Q: How often is Maison Rose cleaned?
A: Cleaning takes place prior to check-in and following check-out. Interested in a more frequent cleaning service during your stay? Send us a text message for any additional cleaning services or needs and please note there is an associated fee and a required 24 hour notice for set-up.
Q: Is there any staff onsite?
A: The Archway Collective is a collection of “service-unseen” Hotel Residences – this means, no onsite staff, however, we are always just a text message away.
Q: How do I access Maison Rose?
A: Check-in instructions are sent one day prior to the guest’s arrival, provided that they have completed the guest verification process. With these instructions, guests will receive an entry code.
Q: Does the property have a restaurant or a gym?
A: While the property does not have either, we have partnered with local businesses as an extension of The Archway Collective to provide you with the very best amenities the neighborhood has to offer. Check out our Services page to learn more.
Q: What is included in the house?
A: Check out our Services page to see an extensive list of all Maison Rose’s amenities & features. For your pleasure, we offer complimentary espresso pods, hand soap & shower amenities by Aesop, and so much more. During your stay, these are only refilled upon request and for a fee.
Q: Does Maison Rose have TV & wifi?
A: Maison Rose has complimentary WiFi access and 2 smart TVs located in the basement lounge and primary suite which will connect you to Netflix and other preferred streaming networks.
Q: Is there filtered water on site?
A: Yes, Maison Rose provides a Britta filtered pitcher located within the kitchen fridge.
Q: Is there security on the property?
A: Your safety and privacy are important to us. All in-house devices are non-visual; however, exterior areas may have video surveillance. There are NO cameras or recording devices inside Maison Rose. If you have any questions about our properties and technology, please don’t hesitate to contact our Guest Experience Team.
Q: Is there onsite parking?
A: One parking spot is available onsite for an additional nightly fee — M-Thurs: $60/nt & F-Sun: $70/nt. A link for reserving parking & location details will be available in your confirmation email or please reach out to the Archway Collective Guest Experience Team to reserve. Availability is limited & rates are subject to change. Unauthorized vehicles without the designated parking pass are subject to being towed at the owner’s expense. Parking is also available a block away on 1320 N. Front Street at Park America. Prices may vary. Free street parking is also available but not guaranteed by the Archway Collective.
Q: Can I receive packages and mail?
A: Due to no on-site staff or concierge, the Archway Collective cannot accept any on-site mail or packages for our short-term guests and is not liable for any missing or damaged items.
Q: How is trash and recycling handled?
A: Trash & Recycling bins are located in your kitchen for your convenience. For overflow trash removal, additional bins are located in the courtyard across from the gate.
Q: How can I change or cancel my reservation?
A: If the guest cancels more than a week in advance, a 100% refund applies. It may take up to 7 days for the refund to reflect the guest’s credit card. If the guest cancels less than 1 week to 1 day prior to arrival, they will be refunded 50% of the overall bill. If the guest makes a same day cancellation, no refund applies.
