For short-term guests, consider yourself off the hook—no need to water, as our housekeeping team has them on a strict hydration schedule. For long-term guests, if you’d like to bond with your plant, here’s the deal: water it every 7-12 days, but only when the soil feels dry to the touch. Think of it as giving the plant just the right amount of attention—without drowning it in love!

While we'd love to play postman, due to having no on-site staff or concierge, the Archway Collective team can’t accept mail or packages for short-term guests. Long-term guests (30 days +) can make special arrangements for incoming mail and packages, but please note, The Archway Collective isn’t liable for any missing or mysteriously "disappeared" items.
