For our short-term guests, waste and recycling can be easily tossed in the dedicated kitchen cabinet and bathroom trash receptacles in your suite. If you're staying with us a little longer (or just had a really big takeout night), no worries! For any overflow, you can dispose of bagged trash and recycling in the refuse room. Just head down the north stairwell to the ground floor—you’ll see the sign marked “Trash & Recycling.”

At The Archway, we’ve added some lovely live plants to give your space that homey vibe. For short-term guests, consider yourself off the hook—no need to water, as our housekeeping team has them on a strict hydration schedule. For long-term guests, if you’d like to bond with your plant, here’s the deal: water it every 7-12 days, but only when the soil feels dry to the touch. Think of it as giving the plant just the right amount of attention—without drowning it in love!

The Archway is proudly a 100% smoke-free zone—no exceptions, no loopholes, no secret cigars. Any signs of smoking in your suite, terraces or reports from neighbors, will leave you hit with a hefty $1,000 fee.

Upon special request, furry friends are welcome at the Archway in unit 101 – Pier, for a fee. Please contact us for approval & arrangements prior to your stay. The guest authorizes Archway to charge the cost of possible repair, damage or loss of items resulting from a pet on the property.

We provide a full housekeeping service prior to check-in and after check-out. Need a little extra cleaning during your stay or a Linen Change? No problem—With 24-hour notice, specific additional cleaning service is available for an additional fee and can be requested by contacting the Guest Services team.

While we'd love to play postman, due to having no on-site staff or concierge, The Archway can’t accept mail or packages for short-term guests. Long-term guests (30 days +) can make special arrangements for incoming mail and packages, but please note, The Archway isn’t liable for any missing or mysteriously "disappeared" items.
